The brain responds to flashing light, and will mimic the frequency of the flashing light. This is called entrainment. The AVE is a device that not only will entrain your brain into a desired state (meditation, mood enhancement, focus) but will increase cerebral blood flow and the amount of neurons firing as well as their synchronicity.
